Baggage refers to the personal belongings transported by passengers‚ which may include clothing‚ shoes‚ and/or toiletries. These items must be properly packed in suitcases or similar packaging suitable for transportation in the cabin or cargo compartment. We recommend reviewing this section for information regarding the conditions for your baggage.

Each passenger's baggage allowance depends on the fare purchased. Please check the fare conditions and choose the one that best suits your travel needs.

Personal items include handbags‚ small backpacks‚ laptop bags‚ or items of similar characteristics.
 

Dimensions

Checked baggage must have a maximum of 158 linear cm (length + width + height). If this limit is exceeded‚ an oversize baggage fee will apply.

For baggage to be carried on board the aircraft‚ it must have maximum dimensions of 44 cm in height‚ 30 cm in length‚ and 25 cm in width. If it does not meet these requirements‚ it must be checked.

For an item to be accepted as a carry-on to be collected at the gate‚ it must have maximum dimensions of 55 cm in height‚ 40 cm in length‚ and 25 cm in width. If it does not meet these requirements‚ it must be checked based on the baggage allowance of the purchased fare.

Infants

Infants traveling on an adult's lap do not have a baggage allowance; however‚ 1 stroller is accepted free of charge. Substitutions are not allowed.

Additional items that exceed your baggage allowance‚ according to the purchased fare‚ will be subject to excess baggage charges.
